Below are the dates and times for all coaches meetings. All coaches are asked to attend their respective coaches' meeting.
Coaches' meetings (and drafts, if applicable) will be held the week after evaluations:
- Co-ed T-ball - Monday, April 18th @ 6 PM
- Girls Lob - Monday, April 18th @ 7 PM
- Boys Lob - Monday, April 18th @ 8 PM
- Girls Minors - Tuesday, April 19th @ 6 PM
- Girls Juniors - Tuesday, April 19th @ 7 PM
- Girls Seniors - Tuesday, April 19th @ 8 PM
- Boys Minors - Wednesday, April 20th @ 6 PM
- Boys Juniors - Wednesday, April 20th @ 7 PM
- Boys Seniors - Wednesday, April 20th @ 8 PM
All coaches' meetings will be held in the Huntertown Elementary cafeteria.
At these meetings you will receive:
- Team rosters and contact information
- Important dates and information about the season
- Rules for your division
- Information about the team management website you can use to manage your rosters, team communications and season schedules
And you will also sign-up for your team's practice schedule.
Finally, this is your opportunity to meet your fellow coaches, meet the league administrators, and ask any questions that you may have.
