Coaches Meetings

Below are the dates and times for all coaches meetings (held the week after evaluations). Every coach is asked to attend their respective meeting.

Mon, April 17th @ 6 pm - Co-ed T-Ball
Mon, April 17th @ 7 pm - Girls Lob
Mon, April 17th @ 8 pm - Boys Lob

Wed, April 19th @ 6 pm - Girls Minors
Wed, April 19th @ 7 pm - Girls Juniors
Wed, April 19th @ 8 pm - Girls Seniors

Thur, April 20th @ 6 pm - Boys Minors
Thur, April 20th @ 7 pm - Boys Juniors
Thur, April 20th @ 8 pm - Boys Seniors

All coaches meetings will be held in the Huntertown Elementary School cafeteria.

At these meetings, you will receive:

Team rosters and contact information
Important dates and information about the season
Rules for your division
Information about the team management website that you can use to manage your rosters, team communications, and season schedules

You will also sign up for your team's practice schedule.

Lastly, this is your opportunity to meet your fellow coaches, meet the league administrators, and ask any questions you may have.
