Teams are finalized and Team rosters are released to coaches and families during the coaches' meetings. ONLY COACHES attend these meetings and will receive their team's roster and sign-up for practice schedules, pictures, and the team's concessions service. However, you can expect to receive your child's team roster and hear from your coach immediately after your division's coaches' meeting. You can see our league calendar for dates and times here.
Practice Season: The practice season is April 21st* through May 18th.
- Practice schedules are set by each team's coaches. These can be scheduled any time between 5:30-8:30 pm Monday through Friday and/or between 9 am - early-afternoon on Saturdays.
- *Pony (DSA) Practices will begin immediately after evaluations conclude
Regular Season Schedule: The regular season starts May 19th*.
- T-Ball, Coach Pitch and Minor Baseball and Softball regular season starts May 19th and runs through July 4th. There are no end of season tournaments for these divisions.
- Junior and Senior Baseball and Softball regular season starts May 19th and runs through July 12th.
- Junior and Senior Baseball and Softball end of season Tournaments are held the week of July 7th.
- *Pony (DSA) regular season starts April 28th with a tournament the week of June 16th.
GAME SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!!
- Game schedules will not be finalized until the first week of the practice season, once registration is closed and all the teams are set.
- Games are played after 6 pm Monday through Friday and, when necessary, 9 am - early-afternoon on Saturdays**.
- While school is in session, we will not schedule any games to start past 7:30 PM.
- Teams will typically play 2 games per week (may be fewer during the first two weeks while school is in session) for a total of 12 regular season games.
**Saturday games are typically only scheduled during the school year and reserved for rescheduling rainouts once school lets out.
Divisional games are typically scheduled on the following days (but remember that you will only play twice per week and that these may change based upon how many teams are set!):
- T-ball - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Coach Pitch Baseball - Monday-Friday
- Minors Baseball - Monday, Wednesday
- Juniors Baseball - Monday-Friday
- Seniors Baseball - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Pony (DSA) Baseball - Monday-Saturday
- Coach Pitch Softball - Monday-Friday
- Minors Softball -Tuesday, Thursday
- Juniors Softball - Tuesday, Thursday
- Seniors Softball - Tuesday, Thursday
Uniform and Equipment Needs
- We provide team shirts and hat (or visors or headbands for softball). Baseball pants are recommended, but not required. Sweatpants or similar athletic pants are perfectly acceptable substitutes. We recommend avoiding jeans.
- Cleats are recommended, but not required.
- Baseball and softball mitts are required for all players.
- Protective infield masks are required for Minor, junior and Senior softball players.
- Helmets, bats, balls, and catching gear will be provided to the team and shared among the players. If you would prefer to use your own gear and equipment, you are welcome to bring your own gear.
- Any other gear such as batting gloves, equipment bags, etc. are up to the individual player and their families.

Rain Outs and Cancellations: All rainouts will be announced via email and posted on the website's home page by 5 PM.
